  4. 1/2 cup cabbage, shredded
  5. 2 spring onions, chopped
  6. 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped

Sauces & Seasoning

  1. 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  2. 1 tablespoon chili sauce
  3. 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  4. 1 teaspoon vinegar
  5. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  6. Salt to taste

Step 1: Boil the Noodles

Boil water in a large pot.

Add salt, oil, and noodles. Cook until just soft.

Drain the noodles and rinse with cold water to stop cooking.
