For Rice

  1. 2 cups cooked basmati rice (cold rice works best)
  2. 1 tbsp oil
  3. 1 tsp sesame oil

Vegetables

  1. 1 small onion (sliced)
  2. 1 capsicum (thin sliced)
  3. 1 carrot (julienne)
  4. 1/2 cup cabbage
  5. 2 tbsp spring onion

Sauces

  1. 2 tbsp Schezwan sauce
  2. 1 tbsp soy sauce
  3. 1 tbsp red chili sauce
  4. 1 tsp vinegar
  5. Salt as needed
  6. 1 tsp black pepper

  1. Cook basmati rice and cool it completely. Refrigerated rice gives the best texture.
