Chickpea Power Bowl

1 cup boiled chickpeas

1 cup lettuce, chopped

1/2 cup cucumber, chopped

1/2 cup tomato, chopped

1/4 cup red onion, sliced

1/4 cup boiled corn

2 tbsp yogurt

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp roasted cumin powder

Salt to taste

1 Place lettuce in a bowl as the base layer.

2 Add chickpeas, cucumber, tomato, onion, and corn.

3 Mix yogurt, lemon juice, cumin powder, and salt into a smooth dressing.

4 Pour dressing evenly over the bowl.

5 Toss lightly to combine all ingredients.

6 Serve immediately as a healthy meal.
