Ingredients
- 2 cups hung curd
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- ¼ tsp cardamom powder
- Few saffron strands
- 2 tbsp warm milk
- Chopped pistachios & almonds
Recipe
- Soak saffron strands in warm milk for 5 minutes.
- Whisk hung curd until smooth and creamy.
- Add powdered sugar and cardamom powder.
- Mix saffron milk into the curd mixture.
- Chill for 1–2 hours.
- Garnish with pistachios and almonds before serving.
