Shrikhand

  • 2 cups hung curd
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • ¼ tsp cardamom powder
  • Few saffron strands
  • 2 tbsp warm milk
  • Chopped pistachios & almonds
  1. Soak saffron strands in warm milk for 5 minutes.
  2. Whisk hung curd until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add powdered sugar and cardamom powder.
  4. Mix saffron milk into the curd mixture.
  5. Chill for 1–2 hours.
  6. Garnish with pistachios and almonds before serving.
  • Use thick curd for creamy texture.
  • Chill before serving for best taste.

  • Do not overmix after adding nuts.
