Burger french fries

Ingredients
4 burger buns
2 veg patties
4 cheese slices
1 onion, sliced
1 tomato, sliced
Lettuce leaves
4 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp ketchup
2 potatoes, cut into fries
Oil for frying
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp chili flakes
Instructions
1 Prepare fries: Peel and cut potatoes into thin strips. Fry in hot oil until golden and crispy. Sprinkle salt and set aside.
2 Cook patties: Pan-fry or bake the veg patties until golden brown and heated through.
3 Toast buns: Lightly toast the burger buns on a pan or in the oven.
4 Assemble burger: Spread mayonnaise and ketchup on buns. Add lettuce, veg patty, cheese slice, onion, and tomato.
5 Finish: Close the burger with the top bun and press gently.
6 Serve hot with crispy french fries and sprinkle black pepper or chili flakes on top.
